Work It (At Work) Series I: Workouts and Exercises You Can Do at Work

The Work It (At Work) Series is 5 sets of exercises that you can do at work. They are very simple exercises that you can do at work, during your lunch break, restroom break or coffee break. They don’t require any equipment and they don’t require a lot of time. These exercises include stretches and cover arms, legs, hands, shoulders and more.
