How to Stay Full and Still Lose Weight

Believe it or not, you can still lose weight and not feel like you are hungry all of the time. Based off of the types of food you eat, as well as several other small tweaks in your typical routine, you will be able to see results without having to sacrifice feeling hungry and lethargic all of the time. Try incorporating some of these tips and tricks into how you go about your day, and you can say goodbye not only to the urge to keep eating, but to a few pounds as well:

Fiber. It has too many benefits to list here, but here are a few: your body expends more energy to break it down, it lessens calorie absorption, and aids in the removal of fat. Green vegetables  like cucumbers, broccoli, green beans, and artichokes have high levels of fiber.

Ditch fat-free dairy products. the sugars in these will enter your bloodstream faster, and your body will store more fat as a result. Sugar-free isn’t as great as it sounds either. They’re chock-full of chemical sweeteners that are also stored as fat.

Learn to substitute. Replace low-benefit carbs with high-fiber alternatives. Lessen the amount of fat you take in by adding other ingredients. For example, instead of dousing a salad in olive oil, mix a teaspoon with lemon juice and balsamic vinegar for a healthier dressing.

Try to cut out alcohol. It slows your body’s metabolism and makes those last few pounds extra stubborn to lose.

Always get your beauty sleep! Getting a full 8 hours of sleep promotes weight loss, and lowers your BMI, and risk of obesity. A lack of sleep can also lead to an increased appetite.

Work out using HIIT exercise (or high intensity interval training). Short, intense exercise sessions are highly recommended for those aiming to burn fat.
Acupuncture. It can really help women in their late 30s or 40s. As scary as it may sound, it’s totally painless and incredibly relaxing. It’s benefits include the regulation of your metabolism, digestion, elimination, and hormone production.
